The project is located on the front line of Yarkon Park at the corner of two significant streets in the city.

The long side of the building faces and essentially concludes the Weizmann Street axis. This facade belongs to the architectural typological order of the urban fabric of District 4.
The short facade faces north, towards the park and the Yarkon River, and belongs to the building typology of structures overlooking a park with large openings and balconies.
The building is constructed according to the design principles of District 4 in the renewing city and is characterized by significant white materiality and steel and concrete elements.
