The immediate view to the south is of a small public garden with two levels, and towards the southwest is a quiet Tel Aviv street space.
The building mass relates to the street corner at the ground floor according to city guidelines and is expressed through recesses of semi-open facades towards the street and landscape development intersected by entrance paths.

At the building's corner is an array of corner balconies with varying railings based on the landscape situation relative to the relevant floor - on the first floors, the built railing section closes off the nearby building facade to allow privacy and openness to the distant view. on the upper floors, the openness to the distant view is expressed by inverting the side of the built railing.

The building materials relate to the White City and include sections of fiber cement panels. On the western street facade, the building's windows create a sculptural three-dimensionality of the facade through boxes of varying depths surrounding the windows.
