The main design emphasis of the project is its connection to the historic neighborhood and the architectural language in which it is situated.
The regulations in this neighborhood require certain proportions that align with the local architectural style and traditional details, despite this being a new building.
The design directly communicates with the local architectural language throughout its façade, specifically in its colors and the proportions of openings. To create a more modern interpretation, these historic elements are paired with modern materials such as steel, bronze, and concrete.

The main entrance is marked by a 2-story high trellis, drawing users into the space.

The materials in the interior lobby create a clear contrast between the old traditional design and the new "tradition," thus providing a sense that the building's design refers to the past while also speaking to the future.
