The project is located in a new urban tower area on Hakomemiyut Street in the southern part of Bat Yam city.

The project is a mixed-use development containing a commercial floor, office floors, and a 35-story residential tower.

The residential lobby and tenant amenity areas are located on the roof of the landscaped office building, which serves as a spacious terrace for the building's residents.

The building offers a variety of apartments of different sizes with balconies facing the distant landscape and the sea.

The building is clad in white stone, and the office and commercial base combines curtain walls and white fiber cement panels.
