The project is located in a new urban tower area on Hakomemiyut Street in the southern part of Bat Yam.

This mixed-use development includes a commercial floor, office floors, and a 35-story residential tower.

The residential lobby and tenant amenity areas are situated on the roof of the landscaped office building, creating a spacious terrace for the building’s residents.

The building offers a selection of apartments in varied sizes, all featuring balconies with views of the distant landscape and the sea.

The structure is clad in white stone, while the office and commercial base combines curtain walls with white fiber cement panels.
