The core planning challenge was in creating meticulously designed low-rise structures suited to the local population, which is characterized by relatively large families, as well as a religious community which required a specific architectural response and systemic planning considerations, including the incorporation of balconies designed for Sukkot observance.

The buildings were planned as similar yet distinct mid-rise structures, ensuring a diverse range of high-quality apartments for different demographics in the area. A designated percentage of balconies were designed to accommodate kosher Sukkot according to Jewish law.
The material palette includes plaster and white stone cladding, combined with treated natural wood paneling to form a cohesive composition across the building’s architectural elements. Each façade was treated individually, considering its immediate surroundings, particularly in relation to entrance gardens and building access points.
The design of the Sukkah balconies was a significant challenge, requiring careful façade proportioning while minimizing the typical stepped recesses commonly seen in similar buildings in the region.
