Rabbi Meir Baal Haness Complex, Ramat Gan
Urban "Zigzag"
Rabbi Meir Baal Haness Complex, Ramat Gan
The project is located in the eastern part of Ramat Gan, along the main Jerusalem Boulevard Street.
It presents a mixed-use urban planning approach, incorporating high-rise construction reaching 25 floors along Jerusalem Boulevard, while introducing a zigzag-patterned urban fabric on the inner street. Additionally, public facilities are integrated into the boulevard on the western side of the complex.
The project will include approximately 250 residential units combined with commercial
frontage along Jerusalem Boulevard.

characteristics on both project’s façades.
