It presents a mixed-use urban planning approach, incorporating high-rise construction reaching 25 floors along Jerusalem Boulevard, while introducing a zigzag-patterned urban fabric on the inner street. Additionally, public facilities are integrated into the boulevard on the western side of the complex.

The project will include approximately 250 residential units combined with commercial
frontage along Jerusalem Boulevard.
The unique building’s layout allows for alternating
pocket gardens along both streets, effectively creating diverse urban spaces with distinct
characteristics on both project’s façades.
