The project is located on Pumbedita Street, a quiet inner street west of Weizmann Street, in a neighborhood characterized by a typical Tel-Aviv-style urban fabric.
Planned across two adjacent lots, the development forms a single building with a wide frontage to the street, divided into two wings surrounding an open courtyard facing west.

The building contains approximately 50 spacious residential units with classic Tel Aviv sun balconies, designed as integral extensions of the apartments’ living rooms.

The exterior is clad in white plaster, with floor-to-ceiling window rhythms creating a dynamic relationship between open and closed elements, engaging with the surrounding greenery and near views while ensuring maximum privacy within the urban fabric.
