Tel Aviv’s Pinkas Street is a main thoroughfare forming a boundary and frontage for the northern neighborhoods in the city center. It connects Namir Road and Bialik Street in Ramat Gan to Ibn Gabirol Street in Tel Aviv.

This is a frontage building with neighborhood-scale commercial spaces on the street level.

The building’s main façade is characterized by elongated balconies facing the street and a material palette of white tones combined with exposed concrete.
It is part of a series of projects designed by the office along Pinkas Street, each featuring a distinct architectural style that responds to its specific segment of the street.
