The planned development consists of two low-rise residential buildings above a recessed ground floor and rooftop levels. To the north of the project lies a garden within the urban block, offering a distinct view from the buildings’ northern façades.

The buildings’ materiality depicts Tel Avivian white plaster, with several floors highlighted by oak wood cladding elements introduced intermittently to break up the building mass.

The project includes underground parking and communal spaces for residents on the ground floor. Special design consideration was given to the existing street trees, the basement levels were adapted to preserve their root systems, ensuring the continuity of mature greenery along the street.
