Neve Tower, Bat Yam

How to Build a Lighthouse for a City Without a Port?

Neve Tower, Bat Yam
Neve Nof Tower (formerly Neve Tower) is a residential skyscraper in southern Bat Yam. The tower includes 42 floors and 162 housing units, rising to a height of 158.5 meters.
Its construction was completed in 2013, when it became the tallest residential tower in Israel. It held this title until early 2022.

Planning for the tower began in 2006 as part of the development of southern Bat Yam. Initially, the tower was designed to reach twenty-five floors, but in 2010, before construction commenced, the plan was revised.
The plot, approximately five dunams (5,000 m2), includes 162 apartments, most of which face the Mediterranean Sea, just 350 meters from the tower. The tower itself features a lobby with a bar and gym. Adjacent to the tower are a large urban park, the city promenade, and several hotels.

A significant portion of the apartments were purchased by foreign residents, mainly from France and the United States.

The tower’s design is inspired by the maritime world, symbolizing a sail and an illuminated mast, thus representing a new lighthouse for Bat Yam - a city without a port or marina.
