The street is characterized by several small hotels as it approaches Hayarkon Street, which is close to the promenade and the beach.
The main planning challenge was to create a small residential building that relates to the White City while being flanked by larger-scale hotels.

In this project, we explored for the first time in the city, in coordination with the municipality, the use of white fiber cement cladding bonded to a lightweight construction. This was done to create an entirely white façade that would not be affected by color changes over time, would be resistant to sea conditions, and would comply with the spatial guidelines that determine building materials and colors in the Tel Aviv context of the surrounding area.
