The structure echoes the historical typology of this region of Tel Aviv, characterized by
plaster and silicate bricks.

The external shell pays homage to past covering techniques - with horizontal grooves that
match the dimensions of traditional silicate bricks and incorporating plastered balcony
railings, providing a sense of privacy.
The ground level and its interface with the streetscape are toned dark. Combined with the
light-colored horizontal elements, this creates a floating effect, lifting the mass towards
Moshe Sharet Street.
