Modigliani 10, Tel Aviv
A New Interpretation of Volume and Materiality of the Past
Modigliani 10, Tel Aviv
The project is located in the center of Tel Aviv, in one of the neighborhoods east of Ibn Gabirol Street and north of King David Boulevard.
The plot is a corner lot situated on an alley connecting Modigliani Street, which is rich with buildings from the 1960s that are currently undergoing urban renewal. The building was designed as a white box, and its facades give a new interpretation to the silicate buildings that were on the street.
Around the building are steel elements and long Tel Aviv-style balconies facing the street and the alley.
In the building, we used innovative technology and building materials, as well as dry-hung panels and exposed concrete castings.
