Modigliani 10, Tel Aviv

A New Interpretation of Volume and Materiality of the Past

Modigliani 10, Tel Aviv
The project is located in the center of Tel Aviv, in a neighborhood east of Ibn Gabirol Street and north of King David Boulevard.

The plot is a corner lot situated on an alley connecting Modigliani Street, which is lined with buildings from the 1960s currently undergoing urban renewal. The building was designed as a white box, with its façades offering a modern interpretation of the silicate buildings that once stood on the street.

Steel elements and long, Tel Aviv-style balconies surround the building, facing both the street and the alley.

In the construction, we used innovative technology and materials, including dry-hung panels and exposed concrete castings.
