The plan is an urban building project designed for commercial, as well as employment uses, offering flexibility for a wide range of purposes, including commerce, offices, medical clinics, and similar functions.
While planning the project, we explored how light interacts with a simple geometric structure and how to sculpt the form based on the average sun movement over time. The resulting shape is an organic form oriented toward the southern direction, with a low wing on the complex’s eastern side.
The design also incorporates a public space, featuring a large square at the plot’s front, embraced by the building from the north.
