The project is located in the “Alufim” neighborhood within the Krinitzi triangle in Ramat Gan.

This new neighborhood is part of an urban building plan that allows for three types of construction: towers, fabric buildings with garden-roof configurations, and private semi-detached houses.

The challenge was to establish a design style for the first project built in the neighborhood, adhering to the garden-roof construction principles.
The project takes advantage of the local topography, allowing the addition of an apartment floor in one of the building's wings between the penthouse floors and the ground-floor villas.
The architecture is characterized by simple, clean forms, utilizing two primary materials: clean white stone and treated natural oak wood strips.

The project won the Design Award in 2016 and became the first example for a typical building style in the neighborhood.
