A Building of Villas and Penthouses in a New Neighborhood
“Legend”, K. Krinitzi, Ramat Gan
The project is located in the “Alufim” neighborhood in the Krinitzi triangle in Ramat Gan city.
The neighborhood is a new one in the urban building plan, allowing for three types of construction: towers, fabric building in a garden-roof configuration, and private semi-detached houses.
The challenge was to formulate a design style in fabric building for the first project built in the neighborhood according to the garden-roof construction principles.
The project takes advantage of the local topography and allowed, in one of the building's wings, the addition of an apartment floor between the penthouse floors and the ground floor apartments - the villas.
The project is characterized by an architecture of simple and clean forms and the use of two main materials: clean white stone and treated natural oak wood strips.
The project won the Design Award in 2016 and became the first example of the typical building style in the neighborhood.
