The project aims to bring together the diverse populations in a pair of similar yet different buildings, where each building knows how to integrate and provide solutions for mixing and connecting the populations.

The projects are characterized by high-standard materials relative to the new neighborhood and the architecture of urban fabric buildings typical of central areas.
The construction standard is characterized by a combination of white stone, steel details, large openings, and wood use. It also includes wide sun balconies and "sukkah" balconies without compromising the building's formal typology.
As expected, the projects were populated by a variety of populations and fulfilled the promise of integration and harmony in the neighborhood.
