An initial observation of the spatial context shows that the building is part of the external façade structures surrounding Kikar Hamedina's circle, adjacent to the main east-west axis connecting Namir Road to Ibn Gabirol Street.

The plot is part of a typical Tel Aviv residential block encircling a dense inner grove, unique to the area.

The new building forms a barrier between the grove, which is not visible at all from the surrounding streets, and the main street.
The building is nine stories high with two wings surrounding a dense, three-dimensional patio visible from all the structure’s internal parts.
The building references an urban situation in a single structure—a block around a grove, a building surrounding a three-dimensional grove.
