The project is located on the border of District 4 in Tel Aviv, on Namir Street.

This building was the first constructed in the city under the new building guidelines set by the municipality.

The site sits on the boundary between a quiet neighborhood and a major urban axis.
The eastern façade faces inward toward the quiet neighborhood along a small road, while the western façade faces one of Tel Aviv's main roads.
This site is situated on the district’s distinct border.
The façade facing the main road, Namir, is planned to accommodate storefronts in the future to help revitalize the significant commercial axis of the road.
