This project consists of a building cluster with an open frontage that connects to a
designated preservation area (to the west).

The project incorporates several preservation elements,
including fragments of buildings that were once part of Bayarat Murad*.

*A "Bayara" or "Beit Be'er" (Arabic: بيارة) refers to structures built in Israel around water
wells and citrus orchards during the 19th-century.
The project features three urban low-rise residential buildings with a commercial frontage
along Etsyon Gever Street - and facing the open space on the complex’s northern side.
