A Building - Community in Green Ramat Aviv
Bergson 9-11, Tel Aviv
Located in Green Ramat Aviv, north of Einstein Street, the project is part of a comprehensive design scheme for the area, all of which was prepared by Gal Marom Architects.
This is a wide low-rise residential building containing approximately 10 apartments per floor, forming part of a broader urban renewal plan in Green Ramat Aviv.
Kindergartens are planned at the rear of the building to address local municipal needs.
The structure is divided into two wings, served by a split core that allows flexibility in circulation for the high-density residential floors.
The building pays tribute to the materials and architectural language historically used in the early development of neighborhoods north of the Yarkon River, outside Tel Aviv’s central core. White plaster, exposed concrete, and shading lattices (moucharabieh) are incorporated into the design—elements that form part of the design guidelines developed by our office in collaboration with the municipality.

Balconies along the main façades feature tight framing and partition walls to ensure maximum privacy between neighbors.
The building functions as a community hub, immersed in landscaped grounds and gardens, with a network of shaded pedestrian pathways connecting it to the commercial stretch of Einstein Street to the south.
