.The ground level features a commercial floor addressing two streets, with special design attention to the street corner.
Above it is a recessed office floor with a landscaped roof terrace serving the office spaces. Higher levels include landscaped terraces for residents, located adjacent to the fitness center and residents’ lounge, as well as upper garden apartments and the remaining tower floors.

The building is designed as a community tower, ensuring all functions coexist in complete harmony—providing privacy where needed while fully serving all building uses.

The façades are to be arrayed in white stone along the broader eastern and western faces, forming two perforated lattice walls, while the narrower northern and southern façades will be covered in gray stone.
