  • Apply (Department manager)

    Architect / Architectural Engineer for a leading BIM360 role

    Guiding and instructing office planners in working with REVIT software and BIM360, implementing BEP requirements of external BIM managers in office models, participating in model coordination meetings, building families and regular updates in office TEMPLATE, developing, maintaining, and controlling BIM procedures and applications in the organization. Managing all BIM systems while ensuring output quality and meeting project goals. Providing support and training to the project team in the digital work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
    • Experience working on complex projects / residential systems planning – mandatory
    • Familiarity and proficiency with REVIT + associated tools – mandatory
    • High self-learning ability
    • Ability to self-manage tasks and schedules
    • Strong interpersonal communication, ability to motivate people, high work ethic
    • Desire to integrate into a successful firm, lead processes, and advance

    Planning and management throughout all project stages, concept design and development, preparation of site analyses and presentations, teamwork, and communication with consultants and clients.
    A variety of architectural projects of different sizes, including design, licensing, working with external parties, and execution planning.

    Required: planning and graphic expression skills, conceptual thinking, knowledge of REVIT, and personal initiative.
