This project is taking part in the national initiative to redevelop urban residential areas in major cities around Israel, in order to encourage developers to invest in decay areas.
This project is located in the city’s most poverty strike neighborhood, and is aiming to demolish the existing building, all in a very poor condition, and redevelop new mid-rise building. This plan is offering the existing tenants new apartments with no cost and the developer a large number of units for sale. The tenants of the neighborhood will also benefit from new infrastructures and a big green park.
This new neighborhood is conserving the planning principles of the city of Nez Tziona, built mainly with low to mid-rise building surrounded by green patches.
