The emerging Nave Tower is designed by Gal Marom Architects on the developing promenade of the city of Bat Yam. As part of the marketing strategy of the tower the firm was asked to design the interior public spaces.
The design addresses the tower as a vertical neighborhood for 162 families spread over 42 stories. The layout of the ground floor includes a prestigious entrance lobby, a business center, a gym and recreation facilities.
We wanted to create an inviting space, very accessible on the one hand, and on the other hand we tried to incorporate the atmosphere of a sea side hotel. Natural material such as “Darma Stone”, oak wall panels and glass were selected for this 5m high space.
The lobby is divided to entrance space which includes the waiting area in front of the concierge desk. The desk is a promenade piece in the space and is finished with Alabaster like panels with concealed lighting making it the focal point of the space. The second area is the living room space overlooking the gym and the business center through a vast glass wall.
